Begun in 1986 (as CopyWrite Communications) as an editorial content provider for magazines, newspapers, advertising/PR agencies and corporate clients, InsanaMedia has grown into an industry leader as an independent provider of audio programming. Creating radio/TV commercials, audiodramas, audio documentaries and informational, instructional and self-help audios for clients such as Warner Bros., Time Warner, Time Life, Inc., Simon & Schuster and HarperCollins, InsanaMedia has created some of the most elaborate sound-design-intensive productions in the history of the audio entertainment industry.

InsanaMedia’s introduction to the audiodrama marketplace was the best selling, full-cast Star Wars: Dark Empire  series for Time Warner/Lucasfilm. This ground-breaking audiodrama starred Billy Dee Williams, reprising his role as Lando Calrissian, and was produced with John Williams’ inspired score and dazzling surround-sound effects, both from the Lucasfilm library and from original sound design created specifically for the audio by CopyWrite Sound Designers Russell Burt and John Kovarek. Those best-selling Star Wars productions led to other high-profile audiodrama projects like William Gibson’s Johnny Mnemonic for Simon & Schuster, James Patterson’s Jack & Jill and Walter Mosley’s sci fi bestseller Blue Light – for Time Warner.

Additional audio titles include former GE CEO Jack Welch’s autobiography, Jack: Straight from the Gut, and Dare to Succeed, the motivational book by Mark Burnett, creator of the CBS hit series Survivor and The Celebrity Apprentice. Other high-profile audio productions include Maximize the Moment by Bishop T.D. Jakes, Feeling Good by Stanford University psychiatrist David Burns and Choose to Be Rich, by best-selling Rich Dad, Poor Dad author Robert Kiyosaki – all long-form self-help audio projects for Time Life, Inc.

Also, InsanaMedia founder/president, Arthur G. Insana, produced and directed the 2008 Audie Award-winner (Audio of the Year), The Chopin Manuscript -- starring Alfred Molina -- the first novel written exclusively for digital download, for audible.com. The Chopin Manuscriptnominated for two Audies, also was named one of the Best Audios of the Year by Audiofile Magazine.

InsanaMedia continues to produce audio for corporate clientele, is launching original dramatic and informational productions, and is venturing into leading-edge technologies for Virtual Reality applications and other new media frontiers.

InsanaMedia also maintains a commitment to its roots as a provider of editorial, informational and creative content for publications, corporations and advertising/PR agencies.
